Agreement to Terms

By using this website, submitting an inquiry form, enrolling in classes, or using any facilities or services offered by Sommersault Gymnastics, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Sommersault Gymnastics is located at 106 W Mason St, Odessa, MO 64076. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Sommersault Gymnastics and its owner.

Class Enrollment and Tuition

Class enrollment is on a monthly basis. Tuition is due at the beginning of each month and covers the student's reserved spot in their assigned class for that month.

• Enrollment reserves a spot in a specific class - spots are limited and not guaranteed without payment
• Monthly tuition rates are set per class level (Parent and Tot, Tots, Beginner, Advanced) and are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Tuition is non-refundable for days missed due to student absence
• If Sommersault Gymnastics cancels a class, a make-up class or credit will be offered
• We reserve the right to remove a student from enrollment if tuition is not paid by the due date

Age Requirements

Our programs have minimum age requirements designed to ensure a safe and appropriate experience for all students:

• Parent and Tot classes: ages 18 months through 2 years (participating parent or guardian required)
• Tots classes: ages 3 through 5
• Beginner classes: ages 6 and up
• Advanced classes: ages 6 and up, by instructor assessment
• Open gym: ages 0 through 12

We reserve the right to place students in the class level that best fits their age and development, regardless of the level requested at enrollment.

Open Gym

Open gym sessions are drop-in and do not require advance registration. Payment is due at the time of entry. Open gym is subject to availability and may be canceled or rescheduled at our discretion. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times during open gym.

Birthday Party Rentals

Birthday party rentals are available subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Booking a party rental may require a deposit to hold your date. Specific rental terms, pricing, capacity limits, and deposit/cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

All children attending a birthday party rental must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Sommersault Gymnastics is not responsible for supervision of guests during private rental events.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are scheduled directly with the instructor and are subject to instructor availability. Cancellations should be made with reasonable advance notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full lesson fee at our discretion.

Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk

We take safety seriously and our facilities and instruction are designed to minimize risk. However, Sommersault Gymnastics, its owner, and its instructors are not liable for injuries that occur during normal participation in any of our programs or activities.

Participants with medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations should consult a physician before enrolling or participating.

Parent and Guardian Responsibilities

• Parents are responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to participate in the chosen program
• Children must be dropped off and picked up on time - Sommersault Gymnastics is not a supervised childcare facility outside of class hours
• Parents participating in Parent and Tot classes are responsible for their child's safety at all times during class
• Proper gymnastics attire is recommended - clothing that allows free movement and bare feet or gymnastics shoes
• Jewelry, loose clothing, and items that could cause injury should not be worn during class

Photography and Media

Sommersault Gymnastics may occasionally photograph or record students during class or events for use on our website or social media. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before enrollment or at the start of any program.

This website is provided for informational purposes. All content including text, images, and design is the property of Sommersault Gymnastics and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all information (including class schedules, pricing, and availability) reflects current offerings. Please contact us directly to confirm details before making enrollment decisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Lafayette County, Missouri.
